SERVICE 01 — BROKER COORDINATION · CONTRACTED BROKER NETWORK
Customs Broker Coordination
Where a customs declaration is required, we connect you with our network of contracted licensed customs brokers and coordinate the process end to end.
Let's be clear from the start: NashBroker is not a customs brokerage firm. Customs declaration services are coordinated through the network of contracted licensed customs brokers we work with. We are an intermediary platform that connects your job with the right agency on the ground at Turkish customs: physical operations such as truck registration, CMR, T1 and carnets are carried out by the agency we route the work to, under its own responsibility, while NashBroker coordinates the process. The declaration itself is always lodged by a licensed customs broker.
This page explains how the two worlds meet. In any clearance, one end of the job sits at the desk (declaration, tariff, regulation) and the other in the field (vehicle, paperwork, gate, seal). Your broker does the desk work; the agency we route the work to completes the field work, and NashBroker joins the two ends into a single flow and coordinates the process. The information gaps, document waits and "who does what, when?" uncertainty in your import and export operations disappear.
What we do
If you have your own customs broker, we work in coordination with them: we organise the document and information flow the declaration needs, have the registration and release work in the field carried out by the agency we route it to, coordinate the process and report the outcome to every party. If you don't, we match you with a licensed broker from our network based on your operation type and customs point. Either way, your single point of contact is NashBroker, and you follow the process end to end on the e-Tescil portal with your tracking number.
We track regulatory changes and flag the developments that affect your operation; technical questions on tariffs and duties go straight to the contracted brokers — everyone stays in their own lane, and you see one single flow.
How the process works
- Send your request.
WhatsApp, email or the e-Tescil portal — state your operation type and customs point; your tracking number is issued instantly.
- Broker matching.
If you have your own broker, we get in touch with them; if not, we assign a suitable contracted broker from our network to the operation.
- Documents and information flow through us.
The document set the declaration needs is collected, double-checked and delivered to the broker complete.
- Field work is completed.
While the broker lodges the declaration, the agency we route the work to handles the registration, document handover and vehicle release at customs under its own responsibility; NashBroker coordinates the process.
- You watch, we report.
Every step shows in real time under your tracking number; when the operation closes, the document list reaches you.
What information and documents are needed?
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Transport documents (CMR consignment note, bill of lading, etc.)
- Truck and trailer plate details
- Consignor / consignee company details and tax numbers
- Additional permits and certificates per operation — we confirm the exact set at the start
FAQ
Is NashBroker a customs broker?
No. NashBroker is an intermediary platform that connects your job with the right agency on the ground at Turkish customs; it does not prepare or sign customs declarations and does not carry out the physical field work itself. Where a declaration is required, it is lodged by the relevant company's (exporter's or importer's) customs broker; if you don't have one, we connect you with our network of contracted licensed customs brokers and coordinate the process.
I have my own broker — can we work together?
Yes — that is our most common model. Your broker runs the declaration side; we organise the document flow, have the registration and release work in the field carried out by the agency we route it to, coordinate the process and report every step to both sides. We never replace your broker; we work in coordination with them.
Who lodges the declaration, and who is responsible?
The declaration is always lodged and signed by a licensed customs broker. The physical field operations are carried out by the agency we route the work to, under its own responsibility; NashBroker's responsibility is intermediation, document preparation and coordination. Who owns which step is clearly visible in your operation record.
