NashBroker is an intermediary platform that connects your job with the right agency on the ground at Turkish customs. Physical operations such as truck registration, CMR, T1 and carnets are carried out by the agency we route the work to, under the agency's own responsibility; NashBroker coordinates the process through e-Tescil and makes it traceable on one screen. We are not a customs brokerage firm; in operations requiring a declaration we work in coordination with a network of contracted licensed customs brokers — the declaration with the broker, the field work with the agency, the coordination with us.

For an international carrier or trading company, customs is the least predictable link in the chain: which gate, which documents, who follows up? We exist to remove that uncertainty. Whatever channel an operation arrives through, it lands in one system, is tracked with a tracking number and is completed in the field by the agency we route it to; consignor, consignee and driver each learn every step in their own language.
